- Savory, Summer
- Savory, Winter
- Scullcap
- Sorrel (Garden)
- Sweet Cicely
- Sweet Woodruff
- Tarragon (French)
- Thyme (French, Lemon, Silver)
- Valerian
- Wormwood

Certain herbs are not winter hardy for the Zone 4 area that we are in. This limits what can be grown. If we are missing something that you are interested in, let us know. It might be a herb that we have not thought of growing.
