Selling At The End Of The Lane
The farm has a long lane. Because of this, we tried selling some items where the lane meets the road. This way, potential customers don't have to come in the laneway or phone ahead. This was a lot of work inaddition to working off-farm on weekends. Theft made things harder. The weather in 2022 made things worse and we had to stop having a stand.
What's For Sale
Everything is seasonal and dependent on how the garden is yielding. The weather has finally changed to be positive for plants. Some plants need a little more time to play catch up and some others are still getting hardened off.
Any direct sales will be by private order.
How Else Can I Buy Produce?
Our neighbour to the south, two doors down, Eggs And More Moffat, has been carrying some of our produce over the winter. It is in the works to have a small produce stand beside their store for the summer. Stay tuned.
